the 2024 Best Ever Conference

The Best Ever Conference (BEC), now in its 8th year, is the premier event to better understand investing, syndication and operations, as well as economic and demographic trends that impact the real estate market. It provides an environment where like-minded commercial real estate professionals can share insights, network, partner, and invest.
We typically need just a few volunteers to work this event. So if you are set on attending this year’s conference, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of current discounted prices.
If you are selected as a volunteer, you'll be representing The Best Ever Conference. We require professional behavior while working the event. Volunteers are needed Monday, April 8 - Friday, April 12, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. To be considered for a volunteer position, please complete the application and agreement.
What’s Expected of Volunteers
Pre BEC24:
Submit the volunteer application and agreement
Attend one of the pre-event online Staff Training sessions
During BEC:
You can expect to work up to 15-20 hours over several days on site (not including volunteer training) for your free ticket to the BEC. In many cases you will still be able to attend some (or even all) of the sessions you desire. We try to accommodate your preferences, but this is a volunteer position and we do expect you to work for your free ticket.
Parking vouchers will be provided for the days you are volunteering. If you prefer to stay overnight at the venue, we are able to provide you a discounted room rate through our group block.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:
Representing BEC to attendees and sponsors through answering questions and providing services
Setting up signage, handouts, and furniture
Clean up after conference concludes
Being available and responsive whenever needed during conference hours
Post BEC24:
Provide feedback following the event through staff survey and/or email.
